​Executive Chef Ben Johnson and the Crane Creek dining staff are dedicated to fresh, seasonal, unique produce and organic meats. It is never a surprise to see selections of Northwest game, from elk to Copper River Salmon, quail, or Idaho Trout. Throw in seasonal Pacific seafood and the ever-changing menu has something for every palate. Beautifully presented and accompanied by an eclectic yet balanced wine list, with a nod to the finest Northwest vintners, every meal is an experience.

Our fine dining experience is complimented by a full-service bar, as well as pub-fare which can be enjoyed from the terrace, newly remodeled 19th Hole, formal and casual dining area or poolside.
