Monday 8:30 am
Simple, fun, floor, AEROBICS. Free weight training, core workout and great stretch

Tuesday 8:30 am
PiYo(tm) - Pilates & Yoga poses. Learn to breathe, relax, improve flexibility and work core muscles.

Wednesday 8:30 am
STEP - Combination of moves on and off the step to get heart rate up and burn fat. Weight Training, stretching & band & ball resistance.

Thursday 8:30 am
PiYo(tm) - Pilates & Yoga poses. Learn to breathe, relax, improve flexibility and work core muscles.

Friday 8:30 am
Total body conditioning (a mix of all of the above)
